Face-to-Face is a community project which brings together people from diverse backgrounds to tell their stories about Springvale. It aims to capture everyday life in the community and to help people understand the different cultural backgrounds of the people who live and work in Springvale.

In 1969, Alex Litsoudis arrived in Springvale from Greece. In 1997, Alex, who has a disability, helped form the drama group, Dramability, for people with disabilities.
